These terms govern your use of ED Habit Tracker ("the Service"), operated by ED Habit Tracker ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — personal habit tracking. You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service for other users
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limits or circumvent restrictions

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Your Data

You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim any intellectual-property rights over the content you create in the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
